Make Your New Year Watch Plan
Make a plan for the films you want to watch in the coming year. Look back at the end of year and see how much you have completed.
What it does
Watch Plan is a yearly bucket of films you've committed to watching. Pick films from your watchlist, from any list, or directly from the catalog, and add them to the current year's plan. Each year has its own bucket — last year's plan stays where it was, with the films you finished marked watched and the ones you didn't, plain to see.
How to use it
Open Watch Plan from your User Archive sidebar. Films you mark watched during the year automatically register against the plan, so you don't have to track completion separately. The plan view has a Grid layout (posters only) and a Table layout (every column you'd want to sort by); switch with one click. At year end the bottom-right stats panel summarises completion — how many films, how many minutes, the dominant decade or country in what you actually watched vs what you planned.
